Living in Gratitude workshop June 23
Energy follows intention. Wherever you place your attention, your energy will go. The intention of this workshop is to cultivate an Attitude of Gratitude. This special 2 hour Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Gong Bath class is designed for students with some Kundalini Yoga experience, who want to go deeper. Kundalini Yoga opens the individual to the truth of our existence as well as the celebration of joyful and grateful living.

Breathwalk on Mt. Tabor
Breathwalk is a moving meditation practice that connects breath and body, relieves stress, and increases energy and vitality. Breathwalk is accessible to everyone, no prior experience necessary. Three 4-week series on Wednesday evenings, and a few single sample classes on Wednesdays and Sundays are being offered. For more information about Breathwalk call Ajeet 503.901.3109.
Wednesdays evenings meet at Mandala Yoga Studio. There is also a Sunday morning class on Father's Day (June 16) - men can attend for free! Please check the calendar for details.
