Focus your manifestations for the coming year in this fun and creative vision board making workshop. The astrologically potent time of the New Moon in Aries, that follows the Spring Equinox, is said to be the optimal time of year to harness your destiny and manifest your visions.
There is a very precise window of time where, if we meditate and visualize on what we want most, the universe is aligned to hear and deliver. This workshop will begin with an 11 minute Kundalini Yoga meditation followed by a process to create your own vision board for the coming year. You will be amazed how these visions will magically unfold in your life!

- poster board
- 1+ magazines containing pictures of what you would like more of in your life.
- You may also bring pictures of loved ones or special places to add to your creation.
