Full Moon Meditation
The Shabd Guru is central to my spiritual path. I like to include elements of my practice and what has inspired me when I teach. On January 28 we'll practice a short kriya/meditation for the "Elementary Adjustment of the Brain" and then a core alignment meditation, that uses jappa (mantra recitation), for "Keeping You Steady & on the Path."
