Simrat Kaur of Yoga West Eugene will be leading 31 minutes of Re Man meditation at 7:00am [yes, that's AM] for eleven days: Mon, Feb 8 - Thu, Feb 18. Come to one or all. Each day will begin with 3 slow recitations in call and response style and the remaining time will be devoted to a more rapid recitation.
