Let's get ready for White Tantric Yoga!
We are launching a 40 day community sadhana to prepare for the White Tantric Yoga course on May 14 in and to build the Portland, Oregon community - yay! We start on Monday April 4 and end on Friday, May 13.

The Kriya is "Kirya for the Keep Up Spirit", GuruSurya will be teaching it in her classes next weekend (Sunday April 3 and Monday April 4).

We suggest watching the intro once at least, but you might choose to skip to minute 3:00 for tuning in. There are powerful warm ups, so the kriya begins at minute 28:00 - and you may choose to start there.
