Often the winter is a time of gentle self-reflection and hibernation. It can be a time of realization of some shedding or releasing aspects of our lives, mental habits, and past trauma. The feeling over overwhelm can quickly overtake us, whether from our own mind or from challenging situations or relationships. A mantra that I love for these times is:
