Ashana this Friday and Saturday in Vancouver, WA!

Spirit Voyage artist, ASHANA, will be performing at Zen Flow Yoga in Vancouver, WA on September 21st and 22nd! Get ready for healing music, mantra and the celestial sound of the crystal singing bowls. Featured here for the FIRST time, will be music from her new release, The Illuminated Path, the latest offering in Spirit Voyage's celebrated "Meditations for Transformation" series.

I am very excited to share this music with the Kundalini Yoga community of Portland and I extend my warmest invitation to everyone to come to the concert and the activation ceremony. This will be the first time that I will feature the music from The Illuminated Path in a public concert and the Hari Nam Sat Nam meditation. It would be wonderful and my deepest pleasure to have the kundalini yogis from Portland be part of this event to experience kundalini mantra with the crystal singing bowls.

Level 1 Teacher Training begins this weekend in Portland. You can still register and receive the early registration price!

Level 1 Teacher Training starts this Saturday 10:00 AM at
Awakenings Wellness Center, 1016 SE 12th Ave
Portland, OR 97214

Training is starting two weeks earlier then in years past and so people just started to call about it after Labor Day. To give people a chance to register and have no financial penalty we will honor the early registration price. We still have 5-6 spots available.

We had so much fun getting together for 11 evenings in August for Yogi Ji's birthday let's do it again for Guru Ram Das'!!

For 11 days prior to his birthday (from Sept 28 - Oct 8) we chant the shabad Dhan Dhan Ram Das Guru for 31 minutes at 7pm. This is the Shabad of Miracles. Then, on October 9, the day of Guru Ram Das Ji's birth, we have a special sadhana of chanting the shabad 'Dhan Dhan Ram Das Guru' for 2 ½ hours in the Amrit Vela. What a special time. Let's call on a miracle!
