Last week 10 yogis converged (Kundalini Convergence) to meet new and familiar faces. Many thanks to Hipsia Keister for hosting this event. We did a fun, short yoga set (thanks Akal Dev!) laughed & shared ideas. For example, we hope to have a wellness/yoga day of healing to raise needed funds (stay tuned!)
Several folks had good intentions of showing up but were unable to. We want you to know that you were missed and we want to hear from you! We realize that all of the Kundalini Yoga classes that we are aware of are in SE Portland. If you know of classes elsewhere tell us. We can't grow without your help! So get on over to that survey and tell us where you are and what ideas you have for getting Kundalini classes to a space near you or other ideas for building community! Keep your eyes, ears and hearts open for opportunities! In the meantime, let's continue to get together - brainstorming is so much more fun in a group of happy shiny yogis!
