Jai Satya Kaur (aka Vani, aka Pilar) has 3 classes at Mandala. Her pre-natal class is on Tuesdays at 4pm, followed by a Kundalini Yoga class for all levels at 5:30pm. Love morning classes? She also teaches at 9am on Mondays.

40 day Community Sadhana Challenge has begun

Bhangra dancing this Saturday!
Come out and learn some bhangra dance moves this Saturday at Sevak Kaur's home. We start at 7pm watching a video to practice & then let loose with some of the newest upbeat bhangra tracks! Snacks and yogi tea provided. No cover charge :)
