Monthly Community Gatherings continue!

Setting the intention to break bread as a community with a monthly pulse. To SEE each other, KNOW each other and CREATE together.
The plan is an 11 Minute Healing Meditation followed by food and connection.
These will be drug and alcohol free events held on the 4th weekend of the month. If you are able to, please bring nourishing vegetarian or vegan food to share.

Sadhana Update
Monthly sadhana will be taking a break for the summer. Happy Solstice! Much gratitude to Sat Nam Studio for holding space for the community this past year.
Sadhana will be held at Hardev & Gurucharan's home on Sunday, June 2. Details on the Sadhana page.
On August 3-4 we encourage you to journey to Clatskanie, OR for the 24 hour Chant for Peace. KYPDX will be leading Long Ek Ong Kars at 4am - join us! Plus, this event is just awesome - come and stay for as little or as long as you like.
We hope to see you for a special sadhana on Yogi Bhajan's birthday Monday, August 26. Location TBD.
During Teacher Training {which begins in early October} we hope to have sadhana on those Sundays at Awakenings. Stay tuned!
