Next Community Potluck

Setting the intention to break bread as a community with a monthly pulse. So we can SEE each other, KNOW each other and CREATE together.
We'll do an 11 Minute Healing Meditation followed by food and connection. These will be drug and alcohol free events held on the 4th weekend of the month {except June - Happy Solstice!}. If you are able to, please bring nourishing vegan food to share.
This month's host is GuruSurya. We'll be outside in the backyard!

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION
Each year we celebrate Yogi Bhajan's birthday by coming together each evening during the 11 days leading up to August 26. We chant Guru Guru Wahe Guru, Guru Ram Das Guru for 31 minutes. This is the mantra he received directly from Guru Ram Das... for healing, for opening the heart, for protection.
We are looking for hosts! The dates are Aug 15 - 25. If you are able to open your home, your yard, host us in a park or some other space you have access to from 7pm - 8pm, please let us know. Many thanks!
