Jai Gopal is traveling from LA to PDX to share the teachings of Kundalini Yoga. This practice invites us to look at ourselves in more ways than one, to better understand what 'parts' of ourselves we are acting/talking/thinking from. Understanding and experiencing your own subtle self starts to answer questions that you've had this whole time.
