It is my desire to help all students of Kundalini Yoga feel empowered in their life journey. Understanding why, when and how we apply the 3 main bandhas (body locks) is KEY to moving energy and getting un-stuck! Ravi Kaur is the manager of the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (IKYTA) and was recently at a Yoga Journal conference. She wrote, "They had a booth where you could pose and they would create this cover shot. It didn't take much convincing to do it - the performer in me comes out pretty quickly. I posted it on Facebook and most people thought it was real.  That's how much we all want it!"

She will be in town to meet with as many of teachers as she can so she can get know us and learn how IKYTA can support us.
