Join Guru Surya Kaur in an inspiring series of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation classes to 'keep up and you will be kept up' even as you face the seemingly impossible. It is a test of your wisdom, your endurance, and your character - a chance of grace - so you can make it anywhere!

Yogi Bhajan Movie Night
Hardev Kaur will be our gracious host. Yogi tea will be provided. Feel free to bring a snack to share if you choose, but not required.

Gurdwara on February 9
What is Gurdwara? Literally it means 'gate to the Guru'. You can read a short intro about the function of Gurdwara in the Sikh religion here. At our Gurdwara you can expect kirtan (devotional music psst! Daljit rocks on the tablas), a meditation, prayer (ardas), a reading from the Siri Guru Granth Sahib (hukam), prashad, followed by food (langar) and tea! Come join in the community and sweetness of this gathering!
Bring a vegetarian dish to share (no eggs please!) and cover your head when entering the Gurdwara (there will be head coverings if you forget). If you would like to help out in anyway please contact Hardev Kaur.
